The Z-Lite Pole is a first for OMM, taking our learning from mountain running, ultras and mountain marathon to design our ideal running pole.
Lightweight and compact but highly functional with the features essential to the mountain runner.
An EVA soft grip handle with ergonomic shaping, recessed channel for storage strap, shaped webbing wrist strap, low profile basket and integrated cord stow.
The fixed length Z-Lite easily breaks down into 4 sections for easy packing and is available in 5 different lengths, each denoted by a colour coded wrist strap.
Whether you are taking on a multi-day stage race, fastpacking a long distance path or simply looking for something to prop up your tarp on your next bivvy trip, the Z-Lite is the perfect adventure partner.
Just like our clothing, we demand our equipment not weigh us down and can be easily packed away when not in use. That is why we opted for a 4-section design, to achieve the shortest pack length we could whilst maintaining the strength and performance necessary for a running pole. Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminium allows for the best possible strength-to-weight ratio whilst still providing the energy return necessary to the mountain runner.
ERGONOMIC DESIGN & INNOVATIVE FEATURES
A running pole is a very simple thing but with a few tweaks and innovative design features, we have elevated the Z-Lite Pole to more than just a cheat stick. With the ergonomically shaped EVA grip and integrated channel for stowing the velcro closure, we have created a much more functional and practical option for those that value good design as well as pure weight saving.
